Shipping Costs

Free shipping applies to all products in the official VTOMAN shop.

The country of the delivery address must match the country of the return address. Return requests outside the logistics area will not be accepted.

For users who need to ship goods to Ukraine, it is recommended to first place an order to a Polish address and then use other forwarding channels to send the goods to Ukraine themselves.

Free shipping within Germany and selected EU countries.

Please note that delivery to some countries and regions may not be possible due to their remote location.

Please note that all product specifications comply with European standards. Other specifications are not available. Returns due to specification issues will incur shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes, parcel stations, military areas, or protected areas.

Delivery Time and Shipping Methods

Please note that we will ship within 2 business days. Your order is usually delivered within 2-5 business days from the shipping date, depending on the region. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Regarding Refused Deliveries and Handling Fees

For non-fraudulent orders, we may charge a reasonable fee (approx. €50-100) in case of a refused delivery after the order has been shipped. The exact fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances.

Address Changes and Re-delivery Fees

Once your order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible. Please provide the correct address during the purchase process to avoid delivery issues.

If you provided an incorrect address and the order has already been shipped, a shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address.

Attention:

VTOMAN is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen conditions such as floods, snowstorms, geological disasters, etc. In such cases, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) cannot be predicted. Nevertheless, VTOMAN will do its best to assist each customer in resolving the issue and keep you informed.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@vtoman.com with your order number and a photo or video of the item's condition.
