With a rated output of 2400W and a peak output of 3200W, the AC output ports can generally power devices and appliances with a rated power of less than 2400W. If the total power of the devices connected to the battery’s AC socket exceeds the battery’s rated power of 2400W, FlashSpeed 2400 will not automatically shut off the AC output, but will continue to provide a constant 2400W of power. Please note, however, that this function is not suitable for all electrical devices. Some devices with strict voltage requirements may not work.
The VTOMAN Power Station can power most refrigerators and air conditioners. However, please note that the VTOMAN Power Station has low-current protection. If the current is less than 0.15 A and remains so for more than 8 hours, the Power Station will automatically shut down.
The peak performance of some devices is higher than their standard performance. You can resolve the issue by restarting the device several times and trying again.
1. We recommend regularly keeping the battery level above 20% when you use or store the Power Station regularly.
2. A fully charged battery can last for several months. However, we recommend charging it every 3 months to keep the battery level above 50% when you are not using it. Please make sure to charge and store your Power Station at ambient temperatures of 0-40°C (32-104°F), and charge the unit at ambient temperatures of 0°C-55°C (32°F-113°F).
Yes, the VTOMAN Power Station supports pass-through charging. It can power your devices while charging at the same time. However, to extend the battery life, we generally recommend using the AC outputs after the Power Station is fully charged, or using only the DC output while the Power Station is charging.
Yes, the cell chemistry of the Vtoman Jump 600 & Jump 600X & Jump1000 & Jump 1500X & Jump 1800 power stations is a LiFePO4 battery pack. The number of battery charge cycles can exceed 3,100.
Yes, all VTOMAN power stations feature integrated MPPT functionality. You do not need an additional MPPT controller to connect the FlashSpeed Pro 3600 power station to your solar panel.
No, the VTOMAN Power Station is not waterproof.
The VTOMAN solar panels have an IP65 water-resistance rating; however, using them in the rain is not recommended, as water may damage the connection ports. To maximize the unit’s lifespan, please ensure that you retrieve the panels when it rains.
You can roughly calculate the charging time: You need to do some research or check your device’s power consumption; it should not exceed our maximum power limits. Charging time (generously estimated) = Wh of our power station * 0.85 / operating power of your device. This is the theoretical value calculated when charging it without using it. The actual operating time may vary depending on how the device is used; please ask the seller for details.
"X" represents half of the battery capacity.
The additional battery for the FlashSpeed Pro 3600 was specifically developed for use with the FlashSpeed Pro 3600. Due to potential compatibility issues, we do not recommend using it with other devices.
If the battery overheats significantly, disconnect it immediately, stop using it, and let it cool down. If frequent overheating occurs, contact VTOMAN support for a safety inspection.
Avoid fully discharging it before recharging, protect the battery from extreme temperatures, and follow the storage guidelines. Regular, moderate use and proper charging will extend its lifespan.
Our package includes a Type-C charging cable. You only need to connect one end to our battery pack and the other end to the charging head, plug it in, and it will charge.
