  1. Limited Warranty

VTOMAN is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. We provide the original consumer purchaser with a limited warranty that ensures Vtoman products are free from defects in workmanship and materials during normal consumer use. This warranty is subject to the exclusions listed below.

Our warranty represents the complete and exclusive obligation of Vtoman. We assume no other liability related to the sale of our products, nor do we authorize anyone to assume such liability on our behalf.

  1. Warranty Period

Vtoman products are covered by a 12+12* month warranty (*exclusive for email subscribers) from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. To establish the start date of the warranty period, you must provide the receipt from the original consumer purchase or other reasonable proof.

Please note that in case of damage caused by human error within the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs related to the replacement.

  1. Replacement

If a Vtoman product fails to function within the applicable warranty period due to defects in workmanship or materials, Vtoman will replace the product at our expense. The replacement product will carry the remaining warranty of the original product.

If you file a claim with Vtoman during the warranty period under this policy, we will, at our discretion:

(i) Replace the Vtoman product with a replacement product of the same model. Alternatively, with your consent, we may offer you a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product. For example, a different model with the same features or the same model in a different color.

(ii) Exchange the Vtoman product for a refund of the purchase price.

Limited to the original consumer purchaser

The warranty provided by Vtoman is exclusively limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

  1. Exclusions

Please note that Vtoman’s warranty does not cover:

  • Products that have been misused, modified, accidentally damaged, or used for purposes not consistent with normal consumer use as authorized in Vtoman’s current product information.
  • Products that have been repaired by anyone other than an authorized facility.
  • Products purchased through an online auction site.

  1. Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VTOMAN. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not charge restocking fees. Please note that return shipping costs and original shipping fees (except in cases of quality issues) are the customer’s responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  1. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@vtoman.com. For customers in DE, if your return is accepted, we will provide you with the address to which you can send the item back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of quality issues. If the return is due to a quality problem, we will reimburse the shipping costs.

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly. We will quickly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards (all sales are final).

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be approved within 1-2 days. The refund will be automatically processed through the original payment method.
